Beds are awesome, you may not get mattresses listed
I ordered two of these beds for my boys’ rooms and they are beautiful. They are sturdy and everything I had hoped for. I found something similar looking on other sights but they had much lower weight ratings — I’m so happy I bought these ones as they are legit beds. However, do note that if you order the mattresses with the beds, you may not get the hybrid memory foam mattresses specified. We ordered firm mattresses for both the top and bottom bunks. We received hybrid memory mattresses for the full bottom beds, but 7” Innerspring Mattresses for the twin top beds. They are ok, but definitely not the same nor feel as nice as the hybrid memory mattresses. We also had issues with the shipping/ordering process. Our order was sat on for 3 weeks and we didn’t receive any updates. When I finally followed through with the company, it turned out they hadn’t even shipped the beds, but could do so immediately. I think they lost our order or something, so keep an eye on things. Everything else went smoothly and I would purchase again.

Easy to put together. Instructions are good. Great looking, sturdy construction and slats are included. It took us less than 2 hrs. to put together. We love it!

Happy with Sturdiness!
We have never purchased items form justbunkbeds before. The bunk bed arrived about three days earlier than anticipated. The delivery service called us to schedule a delivery appointment. The bed came in 1 box. The box contained the frame, slats, hardware and assembly instructions. Assembly was straightforward and took a bit over one hour. During checkout, I had forgotten to apply the 15% coupon. It was Sunday. On Monday I called customer service, the discount was applied. No hassle. We were so happy with the sturdiness of the bunk bed, we ended buying a second one two weeks later.

Awesome bed! No assembly instructions!
I am more than happy with the quality and look of the bed. Exactly what I was looking for to put in our son'a room. He absolutely loves it. The reason I gave it four stars versus five is because there are zero instructions on how to assemble. Except for a picture of the bed on the side of the box. We thankfully had hired two guys from a moving service to assemble it for us otherwise I'm not sure we could have put it together.
